Kara (카라) has five members, Park Gyuri, Han Seung-yeon, Goo Ha-ra, Nicole, and Kang Jiyoung. They are signed with Daesung Entertainment and they name of their group comes from the Greek word "chara"(χαρά). Chara means literally "joy", but the group interpreted it to mean "swear melody".
Kara has been one of the most prolific and successful groups of the last two years. The have had numerous hit singles including "Honey," "Pretty girl," "Wanna," and "Mister." Their most recent number one hit is "Lupin" (루팡) and it has been one of the biggest songs of the year.
The live performances for this song were pretty entertaining to watch as well. This is my favorite one.
